Caroline Lucas
Caroline Lucas is leader of the Green Party and a Green MEP for the South-East England. Caroline is a member of the International Trade Committee and the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety Committee. She also sits on the Parliament’s Temporary Climate Change Committee. Caroline is Vice President of the RSPCA. She is co-author of Green Alternatives to Globalisation: A Manifesto (2004). She was voted Politician of the Year in the Observer Ethical Awards 2007 and MEP of the Year in the prestigious Parliament magazine awards for her work on trade in 2008.
